Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My neighbouring plot was registered more than the specifications mentioned in the sub-division approval.Therreby my neighbour has encroached my land space. Though he has not built a compound wall, he has raised a concrete floor. How should i proceed further.? Can i build a compound wall over his concrete floor after surveyor marks the boundaries ?

If demarcation is made by a government authority/officer, you may raise your wall on that boundary.
