Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a person by birth a Pak national, born in Baharin and thereafter got Indian Citizenship wants Domicile Certificate in Maharshtra. He is staying in Maharashtra for the last 20 years. Her mother is divorcee of a Pak National.

Once he has got Indian citizenship and is domiciled in mah for 2'0 yrs can get domicile. However my ld friend Mr Pawse would know better as he is from Mah.
