we r hindu , and my mother inlaw is 65yrs and fatherinlawis90+and from 10yrs he not giving anything to my motherinlaw .my fatherinlaw have 3 mistresss and all living together but nowdays my motherinlaw very depressed because my fatherin law always torcher my motherin law and her children and my fatherinlaw giving avery thing to his mistress's son .he always used my motherin law and their children .yesterday he closed the door of my motherinlaw and told her to get out of my house . and now my motherinlaw wants half property from him not only mantaince so plz tell me can she get if yes then tell me how thanx

Unfortunately, under Hindu law, a wife has no share in her husband's property till he is alive. She gets the share only only as a widow after his death. In this case, the children of your mother-in-law can file a case against your father-in-law for partition of their share in the entire joint family properties.
