Relieving from a company
I have resigned from my current organisation on 3rd Jun. As per the offer letter, the notice period is 1 month till probation and 3 months on confirmation. I have got the confirmation letter 1 day before i had put in my papers and I have nor signed and returned my confirmation letter (I got confirmed as per letter on 21st May). Now, since I have not signed and returned the confirmation letter, will 1 month notice apply to me or 3 months? Kindly clarify.
