Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
resp. Sir,
i am dr.satish kunji working as a scientist in a private organisation. Mr. Paresh samani, who has self accailamed himself as a deputy minister of vishwa hindu sangh has cheated me by borrowing rs 30000 AND NOT returning me my money. He gave me a cheque which bounced and now he is lieying saying his cheque was lost. He derespected law saying that ipc138 cannot do anything immediately and it is a very liberal law that takes time.
Hence how to solve this type of law related problem,please advice.

You may take appropriate legal action in terms of 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and not IPC.
