Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am from Muslim community. My mother has only one elder brother. Their father passed away in near 1980's. My grandmother (their mother) also passed away in 8 years ago. Both grandfather & grandmother did not split their assets to their children. For the past 30 years, my uncle only undertaken the property, and he nothing gave to my mother. From the profit of the assets in 30 years, he also bought some new properties and registered to his wife name. Now, my uncle told that he was not ready to given the assets to my mother. He tortured my mother to sign the bond paper to leave that assets. what can my mother do? What percentage the parents asset will the male(brother) given to female (Sister) in Muslim community?

Please sir, reply me soon.... we are waiting...
