Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my name is Shiv raj singh.I happened to hot a pedestrian while i was driving a bike few day back.he has multiple fractures in his left leg and he has undergone an operation and fit a rod in his left leg.The man is about 53 yrs old..and the critical part is that my bike doesnt have an insurance,it lapsed long back.
My concern is what is the maximum that can happen to me.and how can i get over it.Please help.

insurance policy is lapsed , now you have to pay the expenses as per the order of court
