sir my cheque is bounce

Sir My cheque is bounce but in my a/c i have not any transaction any one time. and this is closed from last 4 years. This is give against to some amount of Rs. and i will give that full amount with interest but the cheque holder does not give me return cheque & give it in bank. Give me some suggession to me . I m in Big Problem.

Dear Sir,

Your question is not clear.

I have doubts

1. whether you have paid entire cheque amount along with interest? if yes did you get any payment receipt or paid through D.D. or Cheque, if yes you need not to worry.

if you have paid the said amount by cash with out written receipt then you are really in trouble.

Try to speak to that person and collect the cheque and destroy or else take a payment Receipt for the sum paid.
