Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have filed a civil suit fof my share in patternal house constracted by my father. As father and mother is not alive, i am doing job at adistance of 500 km.
As my yeilder brother is not giving entry in the house by his muscle power .please advice me what to do . wether ditrct collector can help in this matter
