Contempt notice is issued coz as per supreme court, you cannot file any complaint against judge for early disposal. you was chance to file case earlier for early disposal but now you have to defend the case. Plz show the whole case or defence is carefully else you will be penalized by high court.

The all problem is of Units which are given to judge for disposal of case. The exparty case has less units rather then the one contested. Get copies of all interim orders and produce them in your defense.
