valid contrct
can contract against public policies be a valid contract? If it can please suggest some case laws.

No. Contract against public policy is void abinitio.

in response to your query that if the parties are major ,of sound mind and there is proposal,acceptance and there is lawful consideration thaen every law uis enforceable even if the same is against public policy but courts have given some relief in case contract is against public policies.you may consult any commentry on contract.
