using company name in the website name.

We are planning to use company name in our new domain name. ex. sunjavaforums . com

ibmmainfameforums . com

Note: These are only examples.

It is only for discussion forum.

Is it have any legal implecations?

if the website is urs then use it as you like but if the website is not urs then dont use it anywhere for any purpose.

you must not use anybody else name or website for any purpose.
