How much amount you have received so far?

Even if there are no written agreement on paper, if there are email correspondence to prove

the work done by you etc and handing over etc.. then that could help.

You can email me the details to [email protected] and then I can advice if the email/ other transactional proof ( for example .. how did you hand over the source code... personally? if Yes then may be you can even photocopy the visitors register to prove that you were there and so on..

The solution is to issue LEGAL NOTICE detailing all facts and demanding the balance amount due to you and asking him not to intimidate etc and then follow it up by filing police/ civil action.
