Legal Question in Technology Law in India
i once send a sms from my cell to my friend using some foul language ,but by mistake it was send to another person...... for which i send an another sms saying sorry and that, that sms was not meant for him. and he never called me.
this happened 3 months ago.
now ive been reading about section 66a of information technology act.
and im in fear that if that person whom i dont know had made complaint against me or not.
