I want to start a new cyber cafe. What are the licence require for that and from where we can get it.

Every State has different set of laws esp. local laws which are required to be complied with,,, kindly make your question more specific be highlighting your location.

So far as Jharkhand is concerned, you are supposed to be registered under the Shops and Establishment Act. that's compulsory.
