Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I would want to start an online/ phone support for American customer from India i.e. by calling American customer, we would provide software support such as for windows/ virus etc. They can pay us in any means and we support. I want to start it from home initially. Kindly advice whether I need to get any license. Kindly guide me with some advice

What would be you understanding with such virus companies or Microsoft?
Will you be providing such services to customers abroad on behalf of Microsoft etc?
Or you will be providing the service on your own.
