Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Hi I was working in an IT firm in Hyderabad which has 1 months notice period. I resigned and served full 20 days notice period and then discontinue with my job due to some personal resons. According my appointment
Now this company is not providing me my Relieving and experience letter , however they are ready to do my full and final settlement.
