Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

In continuation to our previous question, we are the local indian employees (both male and females). Our salary slips are clearly reflect the huge difference contrary to the same designation. There is no special allownace being provided to any of the employee in the Embassy. We all are getting consolidated salaries without any break-up. Please also advice that whether it is the breach of our

fundamental right of equality. Also please advice whether we can file a writ in the High/Supreme Court. Your comments/guidance is valueable to us.

Thanks
