Hello,

Sign as you can.

Put your Thumb Impressions.

Carry a doctor certificate when you go for registration (only precautionary, as you will be personally present so it is not needed. But if, asked: your time will be saved).

Resign in front of Authority. If, Authority satisfied with genuineness, your Will, will be registered.
