Both groom and bride are the citizens of singapore, marriage took place in india four years before as per muslim law. Now the bride filed divorce petition before the indian munsif court, is it valid, can indian court decide divorce petition?

yes if both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the court and otherwise also marriage was performed in India

as the marriage was solemnized in India, the Indian courts may have jurisdiction to entertain the petition. But as you both are citizens of Singapore, this could be a good reason for seeking dismissal of the petition.

In case of marriage it can be dissolved or divorce can be done without approaching the court. But if any of the party delays the other party can go for court and seek divorce and it is valid.
