my question can any person go to high court under article 14 of constitutions of india for cancel the selection list of selected candidates in government,

who has already appeared in the process of examination taken by concerned authority ?

a writ of mandamus can be filed in the high court but you will have to make out a strong case against the selecting authorities. read more on my website www.karvai.in.
