Sir my name is pappu.sir my name is such that everyone make fun of my name.i feel very embarrased to say people my name.moreover it doesnot suits my personality.so i want to change my name.so plz tell me is it possible in india. And how.also if somehow my name is changed will i get all my educational certificates with new name.plz reply

yes you can do it.
First go and print it in newspaper and then copy of newpaper to your educational university or board and then change it.
