balcony to kitchen
i live in ground floor of 2 stored building the room are too small so the 1st floor person constructed the balcony as a kitchen and throw the waste to ground floor (that is my door step) so the whole day there is slippery on ground floor becoz of wastage water, i have warned him so many times but they dont listen, is it allowed to make a kitchen at balcony? please help

You may approach the authorities concerned against this nuisance. Even police intervention can be sought.
You may approach the local authorities for demolition of illegal construction, if any.
