Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Guarantee against leakages etc. by builder
Our society developed by a private builder on a cidco plot, consisting of 62 flats and 30 shops registered in Jan 2008.The bldg. is 3 years old. PL. state whether society is entitled for any guatantee against leakages, damage to structure caused by monsoon etc. and whether the builder is bound to provide office space for the society.

May depend upon bye-laws of the Society and your contract document.
