Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I hv purchased flat in pune in which 4 flats avilable in building ,Builder has not made Apartment deed nor Society due to 4 flats in bldg.He may get pemission to build 2 more flats . Can I sell my falt in this case if Apartment/society has not formed ?can it be formed for 4 flats ?
