Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Please tell me the Indian neighbour law act.
I just want to know that, Can I open any window or Ventilator/Skyligh at my neighbor's house without his permission? OR Any of my Neighbour Can open any window or Ventilator/Skyligh at my home wihtout my permissio?What isIndian Neighbour Law Act about it (Indian Neighbor Act)Kindly let me know at the earliest.

There is no such law in India.
Opening a window etc. is governed by local municipal laws. If doing so contravenes any municipal law, then complaint can be made to the authority or suit for mandatory and permanent injunction can be filed in the civil court against the person doing it.
With consent, anything can be done but not something against the law.
