Legal Question in Construction Law in India
i reside on 1st floor at residential cum commercial building at the height of 16 feet from ground level.
a hotel with kitchen of 200 sq.ft. area newly coming up below my flat. he is installing a water tank, 2 ton AC(2 nos.) & chimneys 7 feet above the ground. this is all below my bedroom window.
how these activities can be stopped?
