Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Respected sir,
I purchased a Land admeasruing150 sq yards & built the house with out taking permission from Municipality since I was not aware and now my neighbour has filed a case with Municipality saying my house has illegal construction & doesn't have proper setbacks. Could you please let me know if there is any way to get my house regularised under BPS scheme in Hyderabad. Please note my house was builit in 2009.
Your kind help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
