Do not call registered no getting call

I still receive call from loan provider and telmarketing personsal. Even though I have register for Do not call facility. Please tell me process for filing complaint

You can file a complaint at the District Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for the deficiency of services by the telephone provider and can claim damages as well as litigation cost.

File a complaint with consumer forum but before approach higher authorities of the company

You may file a complaint before Consumer Court of your area against your service provider and seek damages.

procedure is absolutely simple. Have you first raised the grievance in writing and whethr it is duly acknolwedged? if not do it first an then go to conumer redressal committee of the Telephone ofice or if not foun suitable with District Consumer Tribunal and file the same
