In response to my question on 'Arbitration' Advocate Sudarshan Goel had given me counciling to approach r.c.s for a solution. Can some councilor tell me the expansion of r.c.s?

In the disputes of cooperative societies, it may better to first approach the R.C.S. - The Registrar of Cooperative Societies of the State for adjudication.
