can you confirm me that a L.P.G. connection on father's name can be transfered to one's name after father's death

You can contact the Gas Agency and they will have some forms for such a transfer. Or if that is not possible apply for a new connection as it is easy too.

yes you can trasfer for any of the member of the family prefer the name of mother.
