Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
my earlier question was answered as am license and not member/owner of the flat i cannot speak for any issues faced in my society. i would like to know what can be done to become a memeber of the society as am daughter of my dad and residing in his flat since he stay at native place. also we have been charged NOC for the same. also like to know more about society's law. kindly help.
