Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I had used ebay to buy a watch of worth 18000 under the guarantee of ebay. I got an empty parcel from the seller but seller has proof that he sent the parcel with watch. Ebay is asking me to provide a parcel tracking document from courier service which courier company is not providing. Hence ebay has rejected my refund. What should i do now ?
