Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I am having ICICI credit card,monthly statements which they were sending to me by corrier were received by me after their due date and hece there was always delay in payments and therefore they were charging me heavy interest and panel interest.,I was paying them only payment towards the purchases made by me.Now that I have stopped using their credit card and they are claiming dues I have requested them to send the receipt of corriers which they refused to do so on the contrary they have inseserted my name in cibel.Pl.advice..MRS.S.D.PAI

you may approach the consumer forum against the penal interest and other charges.
