Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have purchased one flat from a builder on 29/12/08, the builder has entered jv with a landlady builder has no power to register uds landlady registered uds. I have settle full amount to the builder,builder finished the flat and handed over me, a dispute arose between builder and landlady.the landlady obstructed me to enter my own flat for the last 40 months. I have given police complaints and filed a suit no use without using my flat i am paying EMI to bank for loan. Can I file a damage suit against her.
