Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I had purchased two pair of shocks from a shop & one of them get torn & regarding second pair both the pieces are uneven in size. I have returned the shocks to shopkeepers & he has assured me to send it to supplier & told me to contact after one week.

After a week i have contacted but he told not received your shocks. again he told to meet after a week. when again i have contacted him he has informed that supplier is not agree to replace it.

I have requested him to give the contact nos. of suppliers but he denied. I have requested him to return my shocks as it is but he has denied & told me to get out of my shop. he has shown extream aggression.

Please note that i do not have bill of the shocks purchased.

Please let me know this matter is comes under the MAANHAANI & WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE.

It actually comes under Consumer Dispute. But for that you should be having some Bill of purchase.
