relaince telephone bills not paid

sir

i used relaince phone to do the business of gulf conferencing. i used it for a long time and paind the bills. but i dont know the conference is aginst law. when i know it i stoped the business. so i havnt get the money from gulf agents. so i couldnt pay the bill of nearly 1 lakh for 4 phones. TRAI is not allowing to conference local call with international calls but relaince giving the fesility. there is judgiment against relaince from kerela high court that the credit limit must be Rs 10000/-

so if i not paid the bill, what can they do against me.

i need the points of the judgiment of high court of kerela against relaince.

please help me sir.

1. This query has been posted under Consumer Law. The Consumer Protection Act will not be applicable in your case because you were using the teleconferencing as a business.

2. All that the Reliance company can do is ONE, to forefeit security; TWO, deny you telephone facility for nonpayment; THREE, file suit against you for non-payment; FOUR, take any other action as per your terms of contract with them.
