Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Respected Sir/Madam,

Me(complainant), my consumer case with a mobile company had been running for 2 years(approx), and now on 28th Jan 2011 the order was reserved by hon'ble court. And on 19th Apr 2011 the order was written and I received the order by post on 6th May 2011. In the order, the hon'ble court gave me the cost of my mobile+compensation which is 18000/- rupees. And the court gave 1month time to the company(opp. party) to give the above said amount to me. but no action taken by the opposite party in this matter. I know that 5-6 days are left to do this. but sir if they will not obey the order of court in the time which court has given to the opposite party and what should I do in my behalf? please give me a legal suggestion.

thank you.

You can file a contempt petition before the consumer forum or maybe the o/p have gone in appeal against the order of District Forum. Find out about this as well.

If you have forwarded the copy of judgement along with your submission, then again give

a reminder with above ref. to the opposite party in writing and on their non-compliance,

you have to file execution case in the same consumer court, if the opposite party have

not opted for appeal.
