Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

how guarantee of making payment of certain amount to come in

future date can be made legally enforceable. What is the simplest

procedure and at the same time legally enforceable in case

person concerned refuses to not to pay who verbally on todays

date ready to pay but amount has to come around june,2014.
