Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

what is the legal aid beside insolvency if i am not able to pay credit card dues at all.

the default is more than 2 years. THIS IS FOR 4/5 BANK CARDS.

I HAVE SETTLED WITH ONE BANK

THE COLLECTION AGENCIES CALL ONCE/TWICE A MONTH AND ASK FOR SETTLEMENT., WHICH I AM NOT ABLE TO DO AT THIS TIME, MAYBE NOT till another year.

what happens if i am not able to pay at all./or i dont pay .
