I have loan defaulter in ICICI bank loan amount 30,000 & I got settlement letter from ICICI bank Rs 11,000 I already paid the amount 11,000, but they didn't removed my name from CIBIL what will be next step for
1. I want remove my name from CIBIL can help me

You have to issue lawyer notice and get the relief.

you have to consult the higher authorities of the bank else send legal notice to get nodue certificate from bank.
