i took a personal loan from bank, 7 years before i was unable to pay its emi after eighth one, now i am able to pay n want to settle it in two installment but banks recovery agents are torcharing me n pressuring to make me payment with immediate effect. wt i do

Make a police complaint for torture ,harassment etc against the recovery agents.
