Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
If i took a personal loan and dint repay it because of the loss of job on the basis of which i took the loan.now obviously my cheques would have bounced back.what are the legal actions the bank can take on me in case i refuse to repay? how can i defend myself against the same?

the bank may file a complaint under NI act. you may contact the bank for settlement.
