Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Small claims - Business collection

We are from India. We have shipped goods worth USD 7000/- to California, U.S.A. Buyers have taken delivery of goods promising to pay in 45 days (D/A 45 days through bank). 180 days have passed. Buyers have not paid us and are avoiding us.

What are the ways available for us to claim our money?

Do you have any idea of buyers office anywhere in India. If Yes, then you may sure file a recovery suit against them that is the one way, and otherwise you have to contact a local attorney of Calif, U.S.A for recovery.

Please contact personally alongwith all the details.
