Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

We have supplied material to a company through one agent. They have issued two cheques against the supplies. Both the cheques are returned. We filled the complaints under NI Act with the court in 2008.

In addition to the material receipt acknowledgement and Valuation sheet, we have lot of correspondance through e-mails. Almost all the mail were marked to the agent also from both the sides.

Can we produce these e-mail correspondance to the court as 'circumstantial evidance'. The said e-mails will be confirmed by the agen also in the court.

This e-mail evidance wil be useful to prove the case very easily.

Please advice
