Unsecured debts

what is the action taken against those who dont pay ther unsecured debts or loans ?

All unsecured debts have to be recovered by initiating court proceedings, unless there is a special law governing recovery of unsecured debt by a particular mode.

Debt is either secured or unsecured it is recovered by initiating recovery proceedings with attachment.
