Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am alleged for IPC 451 for breaking the lock and trespassing for my own property. I am also alleged under IPC 116.
The fact is the property was belonging to my grandfather and a Will was excuted in favour of mine and not in favour of my father. After the death of my grand father my father made the sale deal with Mr. X without informing me. Within a span of week of deal I came to know about the deal and occupied the possession of the property from my father forcefully.
Now I am alleged falsefully for above IPCs by Mr. X that I have done fraud and I am with my father and that I was present at the time of deal and at the time of all financial transaction even though I was not present and there is no signature of mine in sale deed documents, nor any financial transaction is done in my favour.
Kindly suggest what should be done and I am being insulted by law system eventhough I have not done any crime.
I am against my father and also I have filed civil suit against my father after weeks time of sale deed using the Will to prevent further sale from my father for any other property belonging to my grandfather. I have availed temporary stay orders after 20 days of filing suit.
Further My father is deaf and dumb, he has done sale deed alone without any support from normal person, I cant understand how Mr. X went with him and did the sale deed without taking concern or informing me or without getting my NOC
