Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi All,

I was working in software company where they ask to sign bond before joining and take cheque of some amount without entered date. I break bond there due to personal problem and after few month joined another company. That company has its own department for it. After 8 months of that cheque bounce they file case against me under IPC138 with out any legal notice.

I have no idea what i need to do next. Please help me.

if the case was filed without sending a legal notice, the summoning order may be recalled. first check with the court where the case is pending.
