in an application for transfer before sc the wife obtained order in her favour by making false statement ayear back. now the truth has been revealed can i make an application now beforethe sc under sec 340

a lawyer needs to go through her statement and also how the truth contradicted her statement. only after that you would be suggested to go for perjury.
