My Bhabhi filed a dowry case against us again after eating poison at our place. She filed one before in jan but family law court made my brother and her talk and they start living together again. Everything was going good but again she did that and this time bcoz she ate poison and all, police is not listening to us even whn she herself said infront of family court tht everybody at home loves her and treat her well, she belongs to a family of police ppl so we r being threaten by thm, dnt nw wht to do?

See, the good option is to file a petition for quashing in the High Court. He has to prove that she was forced to eat poison under pressure of dowry which is not easy.
